when a guy is walking around you all the time, or saying things that are funny or maybe sometimes making fun of your name because he know it irritates you when someone does not pronounce your name right and he knows that it bothers you but doesn’t say it in a mean way but in a nice way. Or he says things when he passes you, things that he knows will make you smile and look his way (but nothing perverted or anything). Is he flirting with you or not???what do you think?? I don’t see him doing these kind of things to other girls but when I see him he starts to walk around me and joke about things…
