1. Slow down 

Deliberately make all of your movements a little slower than usual. Walk a little slower and speak more clearly. Pause a second or two before responding to a question. Fast erratic behaviors convey insecurity. It's imperative that you stay cool. This is perhaps the single most important thing you can do to convey that you are a high status alpha male. Slowing down the body has a way of calming the mind. Be cool with your body language, and the mind will follow suit. Women will notice.

2. Posture 

Perhaps, one of the most desirable traits that women look for in men is confidence. Alpha males are confident and others know it. A tall, confident, relaxed posture is key to conveying alpha male high status. It should look natural, so don't over do it. Your shoulders should be pulled back with your chest slightly pushed out. Your head should be relaxed but pulled up higher than usual. Keep your head up, or even slightly tilted back. At first, adjusting your regular body language habits might feel a bit uncomfortable. After a while, your confident alpha male posture should become an unconscious competence, and you will reap the rewards.

3. Facial expressions 

Facial expressions are a very big part of body language. Practice smiling more slowly. This conveys a much more genuine emotion. This little secret can actually do wonders for you. You might even want to practice your smile in the mirror. Also, don't be afraid to maintain strong eye contact with women, especially early on in the relationship. Alpha males are not afraid to maintain strong eye contact with attractive women. Try making strong eye contact and smiling slowly to the next ten girls you meet. You'll be amazed at just how much these two simple techniques can instantly turn you into a catch.

4. Avoid beta behaviors 

One of the easiest way to lose a woman's attraction is to convey "beta" body language. Alpha males are aware of their body language signals. If you want to convey that you are a high status alpha male, avoid the following body language signals:

-Nervous behaviors (fidgeting with your hands or fingers)

-Being afraid to take up space (hands in pocket, arms folded, etc)

-Looking down

-Slouching

-Looking uncomfortable (tense facial expressions, erratic movements)

If you want to be more successful at attracting the women you desire, you must learn to convey alpha male traits. Learning strong, alpha male body language will give you surprisingly good results.
